‘Rabbana aatina’ – explanation of most comprehensive dua

Allah praises those who ask for the goodness of this world and the Aakhirah – “Rabbana aatina fid dunya hasanah, wa fil aakhirati hasanah……” This short dua, which was never left out by Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wasallam in his duas, contains the wealth of both the worlds, which the Mufassireen have explained as nine blessings. In this age when there’s no barakah in time and we don’t possess energy like the people of the past, we should take advantage of these easy ways to gain the maximum by supplicating through the most comprehensive wordings of dua – Jawami – ud – Dua.
