Amongst the many noble qualities of a Believer is that he is a messenger of cheer. Nabi (sallahu alayhi wa sallam) said, "From time to time, rest your hearts (relax, slow down, take a break), for when hearts become exhausted, they become blind". Insan is not a machine! Nabi (sallahu alayhi wa sallam) taught moderation & steadfastness. After describing many more attributes, Hz Hasan Basri appealed to the people to return to this Akhlaq of the pious predecessors & enjoy the blessing that are promised.
