Beneficial Advices of Elders - Avoid Extravagance

Hz Ml Yunus Patel Sb (Rahmatullahi alayh) left behind gems of guidance.
1.) Some people complain that their Nafs is too strong to control. Reflect over the circus lions, tamed by man who is weak. To a greater extent we must be able to tame our Nafs.
2.) In this age of poverty around the world, Muslims suffer the most. They cannot afford simple things like toothbrushes. But Allah's Mercy is that He made the Miswaak freely available. This is the Barakah of Sunnah.
We need to stop wasting & being extravagant & start 'spring-cleaning' in all seasons! A global, systematic effort is needed to alleviate the heart-breaking poverty.
