"Muslims are forbidden from studying the past scriptures for the purposes of seeking guidance therein. The Qur'an and Sunnah provide all necessary guidance. Past scriptures are interpolated and distorted so cannot be followed. Even if previous prophets came now they would have to follow the Qur'an and Sunnah as it is the ultimate in guidance for mankind. Nabi (S.A.W) explained the contents of the scriptures of Ibrahim AS and Moosa AS which consist of mainly proverbs and parables. Continued in part 2."
