To a Muslim, the idea of setting aside a day for human rights is rather strange... Because Huqooqul Ibaad ('human rights') is an integral, highly emphasised & serious matter in Islam; a command that faces us every few moments. It's not about slogans & speeches! It's about ensuring we uphold the rights of people, lest retribution be taken on Judgement Day.
