The Qur'an contains graphic descriptions of the events of the Day of Qiyamat. These verses created such fear in the heart of Nabi (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) which caused his hair to turn white. Mankind will be plunged into complete darkness the plain of resurrection. Two groups, the hypocrites and Believers will have to make their way across the "Siraat" (bridge) and will be given a light in front of them and to their right side making their crossing easy. But the light of the hypocrites will be artificial and quickly extinguished as a punishment. 11 Actions will earn a person a perfect light on Qiyamah, amongst them: going for the Salaah's in the dark hours and taking care of the 5 daily Salaah.
