There are times in life when all means fail and no option is left but to surrender at Allah's door, resigning our will to the Will of Allah -this is Tafweez. When our minds can't understand "Why?" and "How?", then our hearts should surrender in slavery to The One Who is Haakim (The Absolute Decider) and Hakeem (The One Full of Wisdom). Expecting all to happen according to our plans and goals is the worst illusion and leads to anxiety and depression. A person who adopts Tafweez and Rada bil Qada (being pleased with Allah's decisions), sees the Hidden Hand of Allah working with deep wisdom! Then there’ll be no misery, worry or depression, but complete surrender and acceptance.
