Amazing Advices from Hz Hasan Basri (Rah) - Part 1

Islahi Majlis, at Musjid ut Taqwa on November 10, 2014

By virtue of the dua of Hz Umar (RA) & having been suckled by Ummu Salma (RA), Hz Hasan Basri(R) became a Mujaddid (revivalist of Deen) enriched in knowledge, wisdom and charm, through which he stirred hearts in his sermons. The advices in this lecture of his are so deep as he describes, point by point, the characteristics of "true believers"...what we should be ...& what we shouldn't. Has our Deen just become a sensual delight? How long will we keep day-dreaming about being pious without deeds? In deeds too, there must be a balance & an understanding that Deen is natural & easy.
