Begging of the Most Generous King

Zikr Majlis, at Musjid ut Taqwa on October 3, 2013

Present yourself in dua and at the Baitullah as a true 'faqir' (beggar) in a most needy state. In dua too our hands form a broken begging bowl to grab the Rahmah (mercy) of Allah. Ask from the King of all kings who will pour bounties upon us without His treasures being reduced by a droplet. With diminished capital of life, excess liabilities of sin and dumbstruck for words present our abject condition of neediness to Allah Ta'ala. The 10 days of Zul Hijjah presents a mini Ramadan with various forms of Ibaadat being gathered in this short time, 'spec' our Deen with all the best actions to make the most of this occasion.
