The Sermons of Nabi (SAW) Part 12
Islahi Majlis, at Musjid ut Taqwa on December 7, 2020
The sermons of Nabi-Kareem Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam concerning Resurrection, Taqdeer and the benefit of being related to him were discussed. He warned that each person will meet their Rabb barefooted, naked, uncircumcised and on foot. Some will be taken to the left - a clear sign of failure, with disgrace and humiliation, and Nabi-Kareem Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam will be unable to intercede for them due to the innovations they introduced after him! He also informed the Sahaba (RA) that Allah has written a register with the name and lineage of those destined for Jannah, and similarly for Jahannam, and none will be added or deleted until the Day of Qiyamah. Regardless of their actions being seemingly contrary to their predestination, their concluding actions will be according to their fortune. This is a reminder to never be boastful or arrogant; nobody knows their end so always make Du’a for a good end and to be saved from an evil end, hold onto the actions for a good end and avoid those that lead to an evil end. On one occasion, Nabi-Kareem Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam spoke of his relatives who will be attached to him in this world as well as the Akhirah; they will be in great honour provided their Iman is intact, even if their deeds are deficient. Allah Ta’ala grant us Taufeeq to ponder over and derive inspiration from these advices, to put them into practice, and to continue to make Du’a for Husnul-Khatimah (a good end).
