An additional degree of importance should be accorded to the night & day of Jumu'ah with a bit of sacrifice by increasing in a few extra Ibaadaat. If these 24hrs are valued, then we have found the secret to protection & barakah for the whole week. Hence, if Jumu'ah is valued week after week, then the whole year will go well.

The effect of Nafi-Ithbaat(negation & affirmation) when making the Zikr of "Laa ilaaha illallaah" creates a balance in the heart, such that the love of all else does not overpower the love of Allah. In skipping Zikr, one starves the Rooh. The body then gains the upper-hand & one falls headlong into sin.
