Sanctified by Allah, this month of Zul Qa’dah initiates the Hajj season. Spiritual preparation is required well in advance to ensure an enjoyable Hajj with maximum benefit. The Hajee should endeavour to develop Ta’alluq Ma’allah (connection with Allah) by correcting his Iman & Yaqeen, such that his nazr (gaze) is on Allah ALONE. We recognise the Bayt (House-Ka’bah), but without Ma’rifat we cannot recognise Rabbul Bayt (The Owner/Lord of the house). The Aashiqeen (true lovers) see nothing but the Tajalliyaat & Anwaaraat (celestial light) of Allah Ta’ala at this Markaz of Ruhaniyat (spirituality).
