Inviting towards good - duty of all Muslims<\/h2>

Part of the teachings of Deen is besides concern for our own Iman, reformation and Akhirah, to also have concern for the people around us. Allah SWT commanded in the Qur\u2019an, \u2018O people of Iman, save yourself, then your family from the fire of hell\u2019. Therefore, it is the responsibility of every parent to have fikr for their children regarding which they will be questioned by Allah. Allah SWT additionally commanded, \u2018Warn your near family members\u2019, and further, gave Nabi-e-Kareem ? the duty of warning the people of Makkah and its surroundings. Every Ummati is thus responsible for the whole Ummah! Admonition is taken from the revelation of the Ayah, \u2018Don\u2019t throw yourself into destruction\u2019 on the decision of the Ansar to focus on other than their efforts in spreading Deen. If we lose interest in the people around us, weakness will set in and a time will come when people leave Deen, as we have seen in so many countries. A Mu\u2019min is never complacent, but is overtaken with worry about what should be done to save the Ummah from destruction. There must always be a group calling people towards good, as the moment we stop inviting, we become the invited! Gatherings of Deen such as the Ijtimas have an atmosphere of Nur, Allah softens the hearts and grants inspiration and courage that Islam is alive and the Ummah is still strong!<\/p>\n
