Advices of Ibrahim bin Adham Rah - Part 5<\/h2>

Islahi Majlis<\/a>, at Musjid ut Taqwa<\/a> on September 18, 2017<\/span><\/p>
\r\n

Sultan Ibrahim bin Adham (R) advised: \u2018Bad deeds affects a person\u2019s energy, and creates darkness in the heart, whereas good deeds are a source of energy and creates light in the heart\u2019. Spending in the path of Allah is a superior form of Isaalus-Thawaab according to the Ulama. The recipients of charity given with the intention of Isaalus-Thawaab act as the \u2018conveyance\u2019 for that Thawaab (reward) to the Marhoomeen, and carry that Thawaab for us to the Aakhirah. When asked regarding the difference of opinion between Sayyidina Ali RA and Sayyidina Muawiya RA Hazrat Ibrahim bin Adham (R) began to cry and said: \u2018He who knows the reality of his nafs will instead be involved in rectifying it, and the one who recognizes Allah will be involved in pleasing him instead of worrying about other people\u2019. Nabi-e-Kareem (SAW) warned, \u2018Fear Allah\u2019 with regard to criticising or condemning the Sahabah-e-Kiraam RA, therefore we should not jeopardise our Aakhirah by indulging in such things. Regarding the Scholars of Deen he mentioned, \u2018Verily Allah SWT averts calamities from befalling this Ummah because of the Scholars of Hadith whilst they are on journey for the acquisition of Islamic knowledge\u2019.<\/p>\n
