Acquiring the sweetness of the love of Allah & Greeting the departing Hajee<\/h2>

Zikr Majlis<\/a>, at Musjid ut Taqwa<\/a> on July 27, 2017<\/span><\/p>

The love of Allah SWT must supersede the love of everything else in this world; this is the essence of Kalimah Tayyibah \u2018Laa illahah illallah Muhammadur-Rasoolullah (SAW)\u2019. As we are approaching Qurbani season we are reminded of Ibraheem AS whose love for Allah SWT was tested when he was commanded to sacrifice his beloved son Ismaeel AS, and was successful as his love for Allah was superior. Hazrat Moulana Yunus Patel (R) used to mention: \u2018What is the sum total of a person\u2019s life if he passed his life in this world without acquiring the sweetness of the love of Allah SWT?\u2019 This sweetness of Iman, which is the love of Allah SWT is gained by following the best way of life brought by the greatest of Allah\u2019s creation, Nabi Muhammad (SAW). We must look for those special actions which will endear us to Allah SWT. There are countless of A\u2019maal-e-Saliha (righteous deeds) which are very beneficial and rewarding; but, seeking the company of the Pious is one of the actions that is the \u2018key\u2019 which opens those \u2018locks\u2019 through which closeness to Allah SWT is very quickly acquired! We have entered the season of Hajj, and should be meeting the departing Hujjaaj, seeking duas, giving duas and providing encouragement to them. Nabi-e-Kareem (SAW) mentioned the dua to give the departing Hajee: 'Zawadaka Allahu attaqwa wa wajjahaka illal khair wakafa kalhamm'. Even though we cannot be there physically, however our hearts and souls should be with the Hujjaaj, particularly whilst they are in Mina, Arafah and Muzadalifa. We too should make dua for Allah Ta\u2019ala to grant us to witness the great journey of Hajj.<\/p>\n
