The Quran mentions the criteria of success being Tazkiyah (spiritual purification). This subject is not exclusive to the Quran, but found in the scriptures of Ibraheem & Moosa (alayhimas salaam). Upon the inquiry of Hz Abu Dharr (radiyallahu anh), Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) gave a glimpse of some of the advices relating to spiritual purification in these scriptures which are very inspirational.
