The Life & Qualities of Sayyidina Hussain (RA) - Masjid us Salaam, Laudium<\/h2>

It is an indication of love for Nabi-e-Kareem ? to learn about those who were most beloved to him, which includes \u2018Rayhaanatu-Rasulullah\u2019 (the flowers of Nabi-e-Kareem ?), his grandsons Hasan RA and Husain RA. Amongst the beautiful qualities of Sayyidina Husain RA was his outstanding piety and devoutness, which he maintained throughout the entire ordeal of his martyrdom, not missing a single Salah and spending the last night of his life turning to All?h SWT! He was known to be amongst the most generous people of Madinah, his outstanding generosity being inherited from his grandfather, beloved Nabi-e-Kareem ?. He had the highest level of respect for the Senior Companions and Khulafa, as well as the ordinary and elderly people. Despite being one of the \u2018Princes of Madinah\u2019, he was an embodiment of humility, disembarking from his mount to join the poor people walking around him and joining them for their humble meal. An attribute for which his name will forever be glorious is his bravery and courage, forsaking luxury and comfort to participate in many expeditions, spreading the mission of Rasulullah ?. The heartbreaking and dastardly manner in which he was martyred is a dark chapter in the annals of history, however, the garden of Islam was always watered by the sacrifice of the blood of the martyrs, causing it to flourish! We should bring alive these qualities in our lives by following the example of these illustrious personalities, who were true to their mission and the lineage to which they were attributed!<\/p>\n
