Zul Hijjah Rules and Virtues<\/h2>

Jumuah<\/a>, at Musjid ut Taqwa<\/a> on August 10, 2018<\/span><\/p>
\r\n

Allah Ta\u2019ala takes an oath on the first 10 days of Dhul Hijjah, which is an indication of its greatness & significance. The 9th & 10th are very important, not only for us, but more so for the hujaaj as well. Nabi has mentioned, that whoever intends sacrificing an animal should cut his hair & nails before the entry of Dhul Hijjah. Our Deen is a Deen of compliance, submission & obedience. There are wisdoms & reasons behind certain actions which we are unable to perceive or understand with our limited minds. The spirit of sacrifice & submission is that we follow the order of Allah without reason. There are no other days in which deeds are more beloved or greater in reward than these 10 days. We should increase in Zikr of the 3rd Kalimah. The Ibadah of each night is equal to that of Laylatul Qadr & the fast of each day is equal to that of 1 year. We should look forward to the Qurbani & be a part of the sacrifice. There are rewards in all the actions leading up to the Qurbani. The pious Ulama of the past would only eat Qurbani meat in this month, in appreciation for the ni\u2019mah of Allah Ta\u2019ala. <\/p>\n
