The poetry \u2018Ilahi teri chokhat per bhikari ban ker aya hoon\u2019 written by Hazrat Taqi Usmani DB is an expression of the lofty inner condition of a person when standing in front of the Baitullah. The words of this poetry which come from the heart of such a great personality, gives an indication of the kind of spiritual elevation Allah SWT has blessed Hazrat Mufti Taqi Sb with. Allah SWT is The One who calls people to the Baitullah, He removes the obstacles and makes the means, therefore we should have a sincere desire and make dua then Allah Rabbul Izzat will open the way. The time of presenting oneself in front of the Baitullah is a unique experience which should be savoured and cherished as it is a time for acceptance of duas. Hazrat Mufti Taqi Sb says in the poetry, \u2018O Allah I have come to your doorstep as a beggar\u2019, showing the humility one visiting the Baitullah should experience. A person should stand in front of the Batullah with remorse for the wasted years of life, spent in following the dictates of one\u2019s nafs which has destroyed the peace of heart and mind given by Allah Ta\u2019ala to His loyal servants. We lack the true etiquette of presenting ourselves in the \u2018Royal Court\u2019 of the Baitullah, and the experience may be so overwhelming at times that one may fail to shed tears or utter words. We should thus present ourselves with utter humility, expressing our unworthiness and request our needs from Allah Ta\u2019ala in this manner.<\/p>\n
