Concern of the pious with regard to their offspring - Gateway Musallah<\/h2>

The greatest bounty of Allah SWT upon us all is the gift of Iman. The second greatest favour of Allah SWT is to be from the best Ummah i.e. the Ummah of Nabi Muhammad ?. As we are getting closer to the final era and the Day of Qiyamah many rapid changes are occuring in the world and conditions are deteriorating. Our beloved Rasool ? had predicted the coming of these times and had also provided guidelines for the people for these times. Firstly a concerted effort must be made to safeguard our Iman and thereafter the Iman of our near and dear ones, in particular family members. Allah SWT has given us this great responsibility which should not be taken for granted, as is illustrated by the concern of Yaqub AS who asked his children who they would worship after his demise, despite his noble and pious lineage. Preserving, growing and enhancing Iman was a constant worry of the great people of the past. Allah Ta\u2019ala has granted us the means of protecting our Iman through the beautiful seasons throughout the year such as Sha\u2019baan, Ramadaan, and the great nights such as Laylat al-Nisf min Sha\u2019baan. Holding onto the gatherings of Deen, Zikr, Nasihah, and the lectures on Friday and programs helps to preserve our Iman and Islam. Zikr and remembrance of Allah SWT is the strongest means of preserving one\u2019s Iman and safeguarding against punishment in the Hereafter. We should praise and glorify Allah (recite Tasbeeh), send salutations (Durood) on our master Nabi Muhammad ? and repent (Istighfaar) unto Allah with fervour and feeling on a daily basis.<\/p>\n
