Contrary to the understanding of the Non-Muslims, the coming of the month of Ramadaan is a time of great happiness for every Mu'min (believer) and expressing this is a great Sunnah. Nabi (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) exerted himself and his heart blossomed with happiness during this month like in no other. Striving extra in Ramadaan is like pushing our 'car' to the top of a hill so that we can 'free wheel downhill' through the remaining 11 months of the year! Create an enthusiasm in our homes before this month to avoid losing momentum during the month. Make Qur'an, Salaah and Zikrullah your best friends during this month and most importantly abstain from all sins.<\/p>\n
