Deadly fitnas prevalent in our times<\/h2>

Islahi Majlis<\/a>, at Musjid ut Taqwa<\/a> on February 8, 2021<\/span><\/p>
\r\n

Nabi-Kareem Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam mentioned: \u201cFitna will descend upon your homes like the falling of the rain.\u201d Allah Rabbul Izzat in His Mercy save and protect us! Indeed, we are living in times where all kinds of fitnas are descending; at such a times, safety and protection lies in constantly making Du\u2019a, and holding onto the teachings of Deen. Many things have been given attractive names, but are in reality dangerous and deadly fitnas which are becoming more manifest in society, some examples of these being:<\/p>\n

Freedom of speech \u2013 for a believer, there is accountability for every utterance
\nCourageousness and boldness \u2013 bad mannerism and disrespect shown to parents and elders
\nConfidence \u2013 lack of haya (modesty) which is a gateway to a lot of sins
\nLove \u2013 illicit relationships which are being condoned by parents
\nFashion \u2013 immodest dressing of men and women
\nEntertainment \u2013 haraam activities where our \u2018code of conduct\u2019 as Muslims is forgotten
\nRecreation \u2013 activities which lead to sin. <\/p>\n

Deen is easy, provided we remain within the limits and restrictions Allah has placed in enjoying His bounties and favours. If we transgress these bounds, we fall into haram and become involved in various fitnas, which are impossible to come out of, until a person may die in that state, Allah save us!<\/p>\n
